Resiliency, Growth, and Support
Sometimes life throws us curveballs. It can be difficult to get back on track, and to process the transition. I firmly believe that everyone can benefit from a safe, supportive, empathetic space and companion. I would be honored to walk with you on this journey. I utilize a strengths based perspective and take an eclectic approach in helping you overcome any obstacles that may arise. Feeling better doesn’t have to be a dream, it can be your reality. Know that you are welcome, honored, and appreciated here.
People seek me out for support in their work around transitions, relationship concerns, low self-confidence, anxiety, trauma, social skills, support around issues that may arise or intensify during college, self-expression, family separations and reunifications, fear, parenting skills, behavior modifications, ADHD, dissatisfaction with relationships, help breaking patterns, substance use issues and concerns, and many other circumstances. I have special training in perinatal mental health. My practice is neurodiverse and LGBTQ* affirming and celebratory. No mask needed with me and I am truly excited to hear about all your special interests.
Though I have experience providing therapy in a variety of settings, from people’s homes to treatment centers and outpatient offices, I am currently offering telehealth services only. I am licensed in North Carolina, Maine, Ohio, and Massachusetts.
I have a certificate in clinical supervision and am happy to offer supervision for provisionally licensed clinical social workers. I also enjoy offering case consultation for other mental health professionals, and consultation for organizations or individuals.
